Return, Refund & Withdrawal Policy


We want you to love your KDS order. If something isn't right, here's how returns, refunds and your statutory right of withdrawal work.


Right of withdrawal (EU consumers) You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods. To exercise this right, inform us with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw (e.g. by email): KDS, Halbgasse 18/8, 1070 Vienna, Austria — bp8j5htsbk@privaterelay.appleid.com. Sending your notice before the 14-day period ends is enough to meet the deadline.


Effects of withdrawal We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return. You must send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.


Returns To start a return, email us. Items should be unworn/unused and in original condition. After we receive and check the item, we process your refund to the original payment method.


Damaged or wrong items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll sort it out.
