Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the KDS online store at kidsdontsmoke.shop and any purchase you make. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Operator. The store is operated by KDS, Halbgasse 18/8, 1070 Vienna, Austria (see Legal Notice / Impressum for full details).

Products and pricing. Prices are shown in the applicable currency and include statutory VAT where applicable. We try to display products and prices accurately, but errors may occur, and we may correct them or change prices before an order is accepted.

Orders and contract. Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. out of stock or a pricing error); any payment made is then refunded.

Payment. Payment is processed via our payment providers at checkout. Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

Shipping. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and in our shipping information.

Right of withdrawal and returns. EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Details and the model withdrawal form are in our Refund Policy.

Warranty. Statutory warranty rights for consumers apply.

Liability. Nothing limits liability where it cannot be limited by law; otherwise our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law. Austrian law applies, excluding the UN CISG. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
